Cancer Rehabilitation

Cancer Rehabilitation sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. These sessions are approached with care, sensitivity, and a slower pace, taking into account whether you are undergoing treatment, recovering post-treatment, or managing ongoing concerns.

I take the time to listen closely to your needs, provide support, and create a safe and understanding environment. By carefully noting and researching your specific circumstances, I ensure you receive the highest level of personalised care.

These sessions are designed to help you regain strength, improve your well-being, and feel more confident in your body. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I’ll guide you through exercises that support your recovery and help you feel better both physically and emotionally.

Online Coaching

Online coaching offers a flexible and personalised approach to achieving your fitness goals, no matter where you are. Using a dedicated app, I create a customised programme taking into account any past or current injuries, medical conditions, and fitness levels.

Your programme will include detailed workouts and personalised macronutrient guidance to help you stay on track. You’ll log your workouts and track your nutrition directly through the app, making it easy to stay accountable and monitor your progress.

Whether you prefer to train in the gym, at home, or outdoors, online coaching gives you the freedom to work out wherever suits you. You don’t need to live locally—we can work together no matter where you are. I’m always available to answer your questions and provide the same level of support and guidance as I do for my in-person clients.

Exercise & Weight Loss

Whether your goal is to shed a few pounds or undergo a complete transformation, I’ll create a personalised programme that includes your specific macronutrient needs and a workout plan designed to help you succeed. This service is available both online and in-person.

No matter where you are in your journey, I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering guidance, motivation, and support. You’ll also have the opportunity to join my client WhatsApp group—a welcoming space where clients share tips, ask questions, and cheer each other on.

As an added bonus, I organise yearly (and sometimes twice-yearly) photoshoots for clients. While participation is entirely optional, these fun and empowering sessions are a great way to celebrate your progress and hard work.
