I started working with Claire in March 2023. I was new to PT sessions and I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to achieve. Claire was really impressive from the start. Her expert knowledge and ability to build a clear understanding of what was going to work for me helped me trust in her process.
After a good first year Claire suggested we switch gear and started working on body conditioning and shred programmes. We created really challenging but fun workouts and in the last 8 months my shape has changed and I’ve lost almost 3 stone. Claire is brilliant to work with. She encouraged me to start running again and I now have medals from the races I’ve taken part in. We’ve even done photo shoots. I can’t wait to see what the next 8 months might bring. Being the heaviest I had ever been, feeling so self-conscious of my size & experiencing real lethargy I knew things needed to change, but my headspace needed to be there too. Gyms intimidated me & I’d stopped dancing due to my weight gain. Then came along my Fairy Godmother, Claire PT who has motivated me to make the much needed changes & supported me throughout my journey so far. Having worked me hard in our PT sessions twice a week, for the past 6 months, and got me to join her Sunday morning bootcamp I’ve not looked back. The weight has come off through healthy eating under Claire’s guidance and the dress sizes are dropping. Claire really has enabled me to feel better about myself, given me the confidence I lacked & has challenged me (in the right way).

I cannot recommend Claire enough for anyone looking to get into fitness! I was completely new to working out and the idea of going to a gym or fitness classes surrounded by experienced people was quite daunting. Therefore, I decided to try Claire P Health and Fitness PT sessions. Claire is experienced, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She provides a safe space for a beginner, giving helpful feedback on how I can improve my exercise techniques. I have been going to her for over 6 weeks now and really look forward to every session I have with her. I would highly recommend Claire if you are looking for a personal trainer. Her programmes are amazing, tailor-made to achieve the results you are after. As we are approaching being able to go back to gyms and personal trainers, I would like to say a big thank you to Claire for my twice-weekly sessions over FaceTime. Claire is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer.
Very fun to be trained by, always helps and gives great advice.
Exercises and movements are changed as needed to keep it fun and interesting.
A word of warning though…she also jumps out of planes and runs marathons…no idea why
